Description I think it lookspretty uninspiringand plenty of worthwhile questions have been brought up about the nature of the developers themselves and their possibly sketchy political views. Fanboy Wars: The Newest eBook From Forbes The Fight For The Future Of Video dofus games is a warts-and-all look at the clashes between the video game business and its passionate fans. However, it does seem a little odd to pull the game when other similarly controversial and senselessly violent titles remain. It��s not state censorship, but it��s a mindset that plays into exactly the same arguments that pro-state-censorship proponents argue for. In this case, it also plays into the notion that dofus games cause real world violence, a notion with very little evidence to back it up. Furthermore, Valve is the primary mover and shaker in the PC game market, making this decision essentially more impacting (especially to an indie studio)than any one government��s ban of the game. Here I am writing about the game, for goodness sake, oh hypocrite that I am. If it��s a good game, let it stand on its own merits. If it��s terrible, let it fall onits lack thereof. Of course, it��s Valve��s decision over what they sell on their online store. But this seems less clearcut than say,pulling a title made by a developer who threatened Gabe Newell��s life on Twitter. I reached out to Valve, asking why they��d pullHatredbut leave other titles, such asPostal up on their store, but only received the same statement that went out to other gaming publications in response. I don��t like dofus games being pulled because they seem too violent, or because they have political messages people disagree with (on the right or the left) but I would like to see Steam cleaned up in terms of quality. I think Early Access and Greenlight and just the amount of dofus kamas junk on Steam are all hugely problematic. PS4 Review Part One: Video Game Console Meets Gaming PC. Having spent the past month or so playing around with the Xbox One, I now turn my attention to Sony��s offering: The PlayStation 4. Here are some first impressions. The Box Sony��s next-gen (current-gen?) system is an impressive piece of hardware. The tilted design looks good, and gives it a distinctly video-gamey feel as opposed to the somewhat more generic Xbox One (I actually think the Xbox One looks just fine, but it��s a system designed to blend in with the rest of your entertainment center. The PS4 stands out.) The flipside to this, however, is the rear panel.
