| Description | At the moment, in the time of composing this, I can't log RuneScape gold into my accounts since once again somebody has attempted to guess my password so many times that the machine has locked my accounts. This happens to me. How feasible is it for you to make a change? For example: Instead of briefly uninstalled an account for"too many login attempts", just reset the authenticator. Being locked out of the game because someone else made"too many login attempts" attempting to guess my password is poor. Allow players to switch their login into an address from their username. The service website now says there's not any way to do this, but that really means"we haven't taken the time to code up a means to get this done." Offer refunds to players who are being denied the opportunity to play the game for extended periods of time. I cover membership, and it is very frustrating to me personally entire days go by that my account is locked due to"too many login attempts". I feel like if Jagex can't (or won't) do anything to prevent this from happening, I must be given membership credit for the time I was locked out, or be provided a refund for that time. Generally speaking, the question is"What's Jagex OK with the idea of a malicious player entirely preventing somebody from playing the game?" Also, customer support tickets have been created by me and I have never had a single e-mail in reaction from Jagex. I wish I was not contributing to the"Jagex doesn't respond to client support" complaints, but frankly that's been my experience without exception.There are a number of things which may cause this, it is not necessarily as a result of somebody else attempting to access your accounts - we're aware that a few players do experience it if you haven't already please report it via a lot of log in efforts - reports are really helpful to us to determine root cause and fixes. Should you really find you can't log in and make use of your membership for extended periods then do get in touch, we'll always look at this sort of thing sympathetically and we certainly do not want anyone to be unable to use membership time they have paid for. Many pieces of content feel like they've been sent cheap OSRS gold to development hell where they need some sort of shift or the changes produced were not enough. Is there a strategy to become more transparant about the issues players raise and the process of brainstorming, creating and supporting the solution?
