Description Ask away! We'd love to give you a few insights about what working in and with matches is like - and also what the people behind Runescape games like and perform OSRS gold! If you are a RuneScape/OSRS Runescape player and have some questions regarding our views and work, we are excited about answering, however please note that we won't be able to check into single account issues and problems! I didn't get into Runescape game industry on purpose but I figure that is the beauty of the sector: you can join through so many different channels and learn about all different areas of the industry(the majority of the people I encountered are quite down to earth and easy to speak to, making it a lot easier to learn if you are eager). There are certainly plenty of challenges along the way but I would say almost all of them are good ones, the kind that would encourage self-development and build your confidence, but I don't think any of those challenges is because of my gender. I went the route that was boring and obtained a diploma! I applied so that I just sort of dropped it, and Jagex looked more fun than others. The main challenge I face is that I have to always prove that I got the job based on my abilities and not as a"diversity employ". Not everybody believes my confidence a bit sinks and that, but some folks like to make jokes. I started playing Runescape 15 years ago after finding it on Miniclip amongst the likes of Motherload and Stick RPG. During a game design degree I got back into Runescape game (mainly because everybody was dissing OSRS in favour of AAA games so that I had to buy RuneScape Mobile gold to defend it's honour and rejoin). I began streaming OSRS and when I graduated I decided it's either'now or never' took the plunge to go full time. This was 4 decades back and I haven't looked back since - however it absolutely has it's fair share of obstacles because of a lot of toxicity and replicate chambers at the depths of the internet where some believe girls only game"to the wrong reasons". It's been a struggle but one worth the struggle.
