A statement read: The committee reserves the right to penalise contractors who are non-compliant or, in extreme cases, terminate its contract with a company that is continually in breach of them. The International Labour Organisation (ILO) has worked closely with the committee for the charter but claim not all of their recommendations have been taken on board.Their statement claimed: Comments, in particular concerning fundamental principles and right at work, including freedom of association and collective bargaining, as well as the adoption of a minimum wage or a living wage, are not currently reflected. Safefifa15coins The tournament in 2022 continues to draw controversy, with calls for a new host continuing. FIFA's general secretary Jerome Valcke has claimed the FIFA World Cup would have to be played in the winterfor the first time in its history, which would spark chaotic scenes across European leagues. Premier League chief executive Richard Scudamore has already hit out at the prospect of moving the competition to the winter.“We can't just, on a whim, decide to move to the winter. It's extremely difficult - nigh-on impossible in our view. Qatar, the oil-rich state due to host the FIFA World Cup, could be stripped of the honour, should the 2015 FIFA Congress decide in favour of changing the host nation. | ||||
