Cold rolling The pickled strip is rolled to a finished thickness on a cold rolling mill, generally without intermediate annealing. The total compression ratio of the cold rolling of the five-stand continuous rolling mill is generally 60-80%, and the main rolling thickness is 0.3 to 3 mm of automobile plates, enamel plates, and galvanized sheets. The six-stand continuous rolling mill mainly rolls tinned sheets with a thickness of 0.15 to 0.5 mm, and the total compression ratio of cold rolling is generally 70 to 90%. The amount of reduction of each frame (or pass) in the rolling is determined according to the pressure, power, and speed of the rolling mill, taking into account factors such as production and quality. The annealing method is performed by a hood furnace in a roll annealing and a continuous furnace annealing. Roll annealing is divided into tight roll annealing and loose roll annealing; continuous furnace annealing is divided into vertical continuous furnace annealing and horizontal continuous furnace annealing. Protective gas is generally introduced into the furnace. At present, most of the hood furnace annealing is used. Although the treatment cycle is long, the number of furnaces is large, the use is flexible, and the investment is saved. The continuous furnace annealing yield is large, and the horizontal continuous furnace annealing is only used to treat extraordinary steel with low output, such as decarburization annealing of silicon steel. Smooth The purpose is to avoid plastic instability of the steel coil after annealing and to improve the quality (flatness and surface condition) of the steel sheet. The temper mill has a single-stand reversible type and a double-stand type, and the flat compression ratio is 0.5 to 4%.
