Description It is well known that carbonaceous compounds contaminate the surface of cold rolled steel coil, which adversely affect the phosphating properties of metal products, the adhesion of coatings, and the corrosion resistance after painting. When the surface residual carbon exceeds Smg/m2, the above properties are remarkably deteriorated. Therefore, users of cold-rolled sheets, especially automobile factories, have imposed strict requirements on the surface cleanliness of steel sheets. When the cold rolled steel coil is annealed in a hood furnace, precipitation of carbonaceous deposits may occur. According to the process kinetics, when the carbon evolution reaction proceeds quickly, it is uncontrollable. The formation of a carbon-containing compound can be suppressed by reducing the amount of reactants while ensuring a low reaction rate, and the reactant is a potential carrier for carbon. When the content of carbonaceous reactants in the muffle furnace space is reduced, Δc is reduced. This can be achieved by starting to heat the gaseous carbonaceous reactant for 30 h. When evaporating to form a compound, the parameter Ar can be increased by slowing down the heating rate. This can be ensured by intermediate insulation during the heating deposition process. In addition to methane, gases (ethylene, propylene) and aromatic carbon oxides which form unsaturated bonds are also formed during annealing. These gases form a resinous polymer when condensed and condensed, and volatile acids are deposited on the edge of the coil during annealing, which also produces "smoke black" deposits. When the residual oil-containing composition on the steel coil after cold rolling is reduced, the amount and concentration of the reactants can be reduced.
