It is easy to rupture the cutting disc, and it should not be too loose, otherwise it will easily lead to eccentricity and loss of balance. Causes vibration. Generally, the matching clearance is 0.1~0.8mm, and the high-speed clearance is smaller. 4. When clamping with flanges, the diameter of the two flanges should be equal, and the outer diameter should not be less than 1/3 of the outer diameter of the grinding wheel. Apply a thick cardboard or oil-resistant rubber between the flange and the end face of the grinding wheel to make the pressure evenly distributed. The tightening force of the nut should not be too large, otherwise the grinding wheel will be broken.
